Help To Rehab Concussions With Bag Breathing

Research shows that after a concussion, blood flow to the brain is reduced.

Reduced blood flow means that brain cells don’t get supplied with the oxygen and glucose they need to be able to function properly.

Poorly functioning cells lead to many of the symptoms that people experience after head trauma.

Fortunately, there are things you can do help restore blood flow and oxygenation to the brain. In this video I’m going to show you one of my favorite drills.

It has a place my heart because it helped me rehab from my concussions. I do some variation of this every day!
