Two Very Different Ways To Reduce Knee Pain

The first drill is something we called a mirror drill. It reduces pain, by switching on the part of the brain that should be filtering out danger signals. (If you don’t know why that is important, check out this video)
The second drill works by helping to mobilize the nerve that carries movement and sensory information from the muscles and structures around the knee. Sometimes nerves get stuck to things like scar tissue, and fascia. When this happens it can be an underlying cause of pain. That is why this drill can often quickly reduce pain.
